    • How can I change my order after it has been submitted? 

      You have 30 minutes after your order is submitted to change certain information.
      The following information CAN be changed within 30 minutes of placing your order:
      • Shipping information such as name, address, or phone number
      • Item color or size
      • Add or remove items

    • How can I track my order? 

      Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a link to track the order on our website. By clicking the link, you will be able to check the status of your order once is in transit. 

      Please note: It may take 24-48 hours for your tracking information to reflect details. 

    • Why was my order cancelled the day after II placed it? 

      It is likely there was an issue with out inventory. When we went to locate them, it was no longer available. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

    • Why is my order arriving in multiple shipments? 

    • We make every effort to ship your items together. However, there are times that we may have to divide your order into multiple shipments. Common reasons for dividing an order are:

      • Item availability.
      • Shipping from different fulfillment centers.
      • Shipping direct from the vendor.
    • How do I enter a military address during checkout? 

      Unfortunately, we do not accept orders with military address.  

    • What if  received my order damaged?

      We apologize for the inconvenience if an item arrived damaged or defective. Please write to us at kevuljewelry@gmail.com with your order number and pictures of the damaged product and we will assist you further. 

    • When will I receive my order confirmation? 

      Within an hour after placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation includes:

      • Order number
      • Item(s) ordered
      • Description
      • Quantities
      • Price of each item
      • Shipping address
      • Billing address
  • If you do not receive an order confirmation within an hour:

    • Check your spam folder
    • Check the Order History in your account
  • Can I use PayPal on your website? 

    Yes.

     
  • How many promo codes can I use when I place my order? 

    Yes can use only 1 promo code per order.
